You will supervise planting, cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest operations while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols. Your responsibilities include task assignment, monitoring work progress, ensuring proper use of equipment and inputs, conducting quality checks, and reporting to Farm Managers. You serve as the bridge between management and field workers, ensuring effective communication and implementation of farming plans.
